I have gotten my hair cut at Sports Clips in Kildeer since moving to the area 4 months ago. Most times Elaina cut my hair and she was great ! Today February 25th she was not there . It was around 3:30 pm and their were two people available. I selected next available. The lady seemed in a bad mood to start and I brushed it off as no big deal. I sat in the chair and she started clipping the cover drape around my neck. While she was doing so I started telling her that I just wanted my hair cleaned up and very little off the sides. She immediately and rudely told me not now . I can only do one thing at a time. Tell me after/ I thought she was rude but brushed that off too. I jokingly said, oh I guess you cannot multitask. To that she said something akin to a grunt! Then this rude , unprofessional, unkind person started spraying water from the bottle in her hand very rapidly and not only on my head but directly in my face to the point I had to close my eyes . My face was soaking wet. I tried to remain calm and polite . But then she pushed me over the proverbial edge . She stopped using the shears on my hair and told me to stop tapping my foot . I was not tapping my foot anymore than a unintentional movement. I bolted up and stated , I don’t need to get my hair cut here . I don’t have to put up with this kind of crap from anyone ! And I do not . I left while she played dumb and said , what did I do! She knows **** well how rude and crude she was . I would say ask , Elaina who has cut my hair a few times and I assume enjoyed the generous tips I left . This lady today has ruined it for Elaina and your business because I will never go there again . I have taken the time to write this review because being in business myself I would want to know about such an employee. I would guess this is not her first screw up

Tina was warm and welcoming as I was in dire need of a haircut. She was personable and made me feel like the most important client.

I have been a sports clips customer for about 5 years now. Tina S was attending to me and off the bat she was outright rude - I gave it a pass as I thought she must be having a bad day. But after she started giving me haircut, she has been very harsh and snapped at me few times. She has made some racist comments on me that my particular group doesn't have a lot of hair and etc. This is the worst experience.
